RETURN POLICY

Cancelling Your Order

If you change your mind after placing an order and your goods have not yet shipped, you may be able to cancel your order. Please email us immediately at [email protected], giving your order number and stating the reason for wanting to cancel your order.

Returns – Damaged & Faulty

If you have received an item that is damaged or is not what you ordered then please email us immediately at [email protected]

Please make sure to include photos of the issue before shipping the goods back so we can discuss the best action to take for you to get ordered products sent to you in the shortest possible time.

REFUND POLICY

If you need to return a product please contact customer service at [email protected]

Note that before we approve a return we will review your product through our inspection processes.

The refund process will begin shortly after we have received your returned product. Refund duration may take up to 14 business days. Note that we do not return cash.

Should your product be invalid for return our customer service team will reach out to you.
